Experienced attorney with 26 years of experience available for contract assignments. My experience includes transactional matters and litigation in the following areas: 1) Real Estate, 2) Landlord/Tenant, 3)Business, 4) Corporate, Entertainment, Family Law, IP and General Civil Litigation. I have recently stepped down from an in-house General Counsel position in order to expand my private practice of many years. I am a very skilled and persuasive Law and Motion researcher and writer with excellent strategies and court room skills. I have taken and defended hundreds of depositions, argued hundreds of law and motion matters, handled bench and jury trials, drafted hundreds of different types of contracts and corporate agreements related to a variety of different industries.
I am interested in both short and long term assignments and can effectively handle a case from intake to judgement.
