I am a freelance copywriter/marketing professional and I am looking for a web designer/developer to partner with when working with clients who need new websites or modifications to existing sites. Because many of my clients are small businesses, I am looking for a developer who doesn't mind working with web templates but who can also design custom sites when the budget allows. Specifically, this person should have the following qualificiations:

- At least 5 years of web design and programming experience
- Be able to take a website from early conception phase to monthly hosting
- Knowledge of SEO, website optimization and social networking for businesses
- Extensive knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, PHP, CSS
- Dreamweaver or other similar development environments.

Essentially, I'd like this person to be able to handle all aspects of a website development project. I conduct all client interactions, determine website navigation and supply the designer with content for all pages on site. The designer/developer then takes my creative input and content and turns it into a website on his/her own.
