The Office Manager is responsible for managing the Division Office functions in support of the Division Vice President. The Office Manager is responsible for servicing and maintaining the customer relationship on the Division level, including ensuring accurate and timely inventory scheduling. The Office Manager serves as the liaison between Operations Managers and Human Resources regarding the hiring, promotions and terminations for District and Division personnel, including maintenance of Division personnel files. The Office Manager also serves as a problem solver for the Division and District for inventory and personnel issues as they arise.
Job Requirements & Duties
* Manages the administrative functions of assigned RGIS Division office * Supervises, trains and develops Division Administrative Assistants * Services and maintains customer relationships at the Division level, including serving as the point of contact for inventory scheduling and service issue resolution * Ensures inventories are scheduled timely and accurately for Business Development and Division customers * Administrative responsibility regarding new hires, promotions and terminations for Division personnel including coordinating paperwork and maintaining Division personnel files * Troubleshoots and resolves Division and District personnel issues and service issues

Job Requirements:
Educational Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience or Knowledge Requirements
* A minimum of one year supervisory experience with the ability to provide clear and concise direction to support staff * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications and Oracle experience * Well organized with a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to interact with company clients, employees and materials in a confidential and discreet manner * Effective communication skills including comprehension, written and verbal skills * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
