Web design project (quick gig) (Boston Metro / N. Shore)

Need visually gifted type for small web site redesign project. Must have portfolio that clearly demonstrates your individual design skill.
Project scope:
* Design new home page and internal page template for non-profit organization working in the education/youth development space
* Output clean CSS and image files
* Extra bonus points if you have solid experience working in Squarespace and can set up the design
Must have knack for quickly understanding an organization's mission - especially when mission and services are more abstract - then translating them into a simple and unique look & feel to be implemented in a content management system and used by non-webby staff (low maintenance site).
Easy project from a technical standpoint but needs the right creative spirit to nail a great design. Have a project process in mind which we can review and adjust if you have better. Would like at least two face-to-face meetings to scope out the project and review proposed designs (ideally client will be presented with 2 design options).
