Two successful marketing strategists are in need of a web-developer to aid in building a web-based start-up. We are in talks with several VC's and have a strong business plan...we just need to get a working model of the site up.

This is an opportunity for pay + equity for the right person.

The qualifications we need are a motivated, self-sustained web
developer with:
? End-to-end website development experience with assistance from a
graphic design team.
? Strong experience with online social networking
? Expert-level understanding of web standards-based XHTML/CSS/AJAX coding.
? Expert-level PHP and MySQL, Java development
? Understanding of affiliate marketing and ad serving.
