We are a new start-up business looking to hire a lead web developer.
After the first year the position will be promoted to Director of IT and Development

If you are an enthusiastic person, like challenges, think out of the box, and are long time oriented, we have a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:
-Work on the integration and development of our site
-Work with other programmer: divide and assign the tasks, follow up on progress
-Identify the best solution for each new addition and feature to the site
-Deliver on time
-Code and built parts of the site
-General "site maintenance"
-Work directly with the management team to identify new possibilities, needs, etc
-Design new features

Technical Requirements:
-PHP
-Html (html5 is a plus)
-3 to 5 years of experience in the field
-Experience with facebook and smart phone apps
- .NET, ASP.NET, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, SOAP, XML, IIS,. . .
-Other skills a plus
-Design experience
-Front end / back end experience
-Knowledge in online advertisement

Other Requirements:
-College or University Degree
-Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
-Managerial and business skills
-Able to work under pressure
-Available to work extra hours when needed
-Creative, sense of design
